Ballard Locks

This is the Ballard Locks at night, I loved how the lights bounced off the water. I catch myself from time to time simplyl staring out at the water watching the waves bobble back and forth throwing the reflections any way they want. If you look close you can see a boat just coming out of the locks. Enjoy.
